I see posts on Facebook where people talk about their negative experience with a bank, a medical centre, a telecom company, a store, anything, no matter the domain. There are some who recommend changing the provider. Did you wait a few minutes on the phone? Change the bank or the medical service. Was a store employee angrier than usual? Stop going there. Was the waiter at a restaurant rude? Stop going there.
I notice a tendency of having lost all patience with those around us.
Of course, the way we are treated in Romania as customers is not always top notch, not everywhere, anyway.
Maybe I am more naïve and I want to give more chances to someone.

However, it seems to me that we have lost our patience, that as soon as something does not work, we change it, we throw it away, the way we would throw away a pair of disposable gloves. We do this with companies, suppliers, with our personal relationships; we are not loyal to anyone and anything. Nevertheless, I propose we remember that we are humans, that we all make mistakes. We could show those who were mistaken what they did wrong, help them correct their behaviour. If we do not give feedback and do not wait to see changes, how do we help creating a better environment, better people around us?
Those who have not done anything wrong can cast the first stone!
