We have the impression that we have enough time…

We still have time to call someone dear to us:

To tell someone that we appreciate them.

To show someone that we love them.

To tell someone they look good.

To read something for our soul.

To go somewhere far away from everyone.

To create our own bucket list.

To do those medical tests that we’ve been postponing for so long.

To call those who’ve helped us in various moments and to ask how they are.

To help children or people in need.

To say nice things to our parents.

To mend a mistake from our past.

To seek the forgiveness of someone who we hurt/badly hurt/acted inappropriately towards.

To go and visit someone in hospital/at home.

To walk in the park and cycle to the gym.

To fall in love again.

To enjoy music, autumn’s colors, the first snow, and the cricket songs.

To admire the Perseids.

To have a candlelit dinner with a person dear to our heart.

To surprise a friend, a colleague, a relative, our parents, our brother/sister.

To tell our kids how much we love them and how to us they are the most wonderful people on the planet.

To ask for forgiveness from someone that we have been aggressive or impolite with.

It rarely happens to us to have any time left. Usually, we realize that we could have done something when it is already too late. When something serious happens, we make a promise to do things differently; however, little by little, we go back to our old habits. As forgetfulness is part of who we are as humans…
